The secret of Signora Lina’s menus lies in her ability to enrich the simplicity of the local dishes with those she learnt from her mother and the ones she has created out of her talent.
Signora Lina loves her customers catering for and pampering; lucky persons to whom she can devote all her experience.
The menu is perfect, with its wide, though not dispersive, selection of dishes combining tradition with a touch of creativity.
Beside the traditional dishes of the Ampezzo valley, like Casunziei or shank, and the classic ones of the house ( like the “legendary” risotti), our customers may taste some “digressions” which are anything but mountain specialities.
